Problems with Android Radio Tesla Style, Android 9 10-inch
 

Hello dear good afternoon,

I need your help, I installed a Tesla Style Stereo Radio (Fig 1), which worked for me the first day, but at night when I checked it, the radio turned on, but it doesn't work well for me. The radio turns on and charges (supposedly) but when it ends the central area disappears (Fig 2) and the touch does not work for me (but in some areas) Fig 3, at the bottom (in relation to the climate control) does show the panel when selected. I have also tried to update the firmware, but I have not been able to, also since I cannot see the information of the radio, I am not very sure what version it has. In addition, I have not been able to do a deep reset either, looking for the radio to restart from scratch or from the factory but forced since the menus do not make it possible for me.
