reporting a serious problem with the car's transmission system
 

I have a 2010 cruze and after a mileage of only 60,000 Km of careful driving the control (or processing) unit of the transmission system started to malfunction in shifting gears. So I went to one of Egypt's authorized Chevrolet maintenance workshops and all I got as a response is "change the whole transmission system for $ 8,000" !! though I learned later that the problem is related to the control unit only! I also found out from other cruze owners in Egypt that their cars also have the same problem.
Clearly there a serious manufacturing problem that must be reported to chevorlet's factory because this will surely affect the company's reputation.
So I will be thankful to any person who would inform me how to contact the 'mother company" and report this problem
