2017 Cruze engine warranty
I have a 2017 Cruze with 72,000 miles with all maintenance performed at the correct intervals and using the correct fluids. A few weeks ago, the engine started missing and dumped all of my oil out all over the engine along with white smoke coming out the exhaust. I had it towed in, found that the pistons were all cracked. I’ve been trying to get a hold of gm, but they won’t give me a call back unless I’m at work, can’t get any one to take care of this issue. The dealer tells me that I have to pay 1600 for the labor and that gm will pay for the engine. Is there some magic word or words that need to be said to get them to call me and take care of this? This is absurd that I am renting a vehicle when I own a brand new car!! I bought this car so I wouldn’t have my old cars in the shop causing this inconvenience, but yet here I am, paying payments on this thing along with paying for a rental!!!
