Clutch woes
Greetings all,
We have a Chevy Cruze, diesel, manual. In a nutshell: The slave cylinder disintegrates from the inside, contaminating the fluid with debris. The debris clogs the tube and prevents the hydraulic clutch from operating. Additionally in Europe they acknowledge that this contaminates the brake master cylinder and ABS module, so they replace all of those components in their recall.
The European recall for the car that uses the same transmission and components is here:
https://www.vauxhall.co.uk/astra-k-recall.html
In America, there is only a Technician Service Bulletin on what parts to replace, but the cost is only covered under warranty. That TSB is here:

The parts we need are the updated slave cylinder, associated pipe work, and the clutch disc and pressure plate. I just checked the aftermarket by the way and they are backordered as well.
We are told the parts are months delayed. I cannot sell it in good faith and a dealer won't take it because of after market modications.
Thoughts or recs are appreciated
